The perfect Aussie Shiraz for the next couple of years and will make every BBQ magical.
Smells
a sweet, lifted bouquet with aromas of confit duck, baking spice with dark cherries, leather and hints of a herbal twist.
Tastes
a very approachable wine with supple fruit showing an enticing herbal, savoury complexing layer. The earthy, forest floor, leather and dark spice flavours make for a compelling glass right now, complimented by the soft and silky tannins which frame the exuberant fruit. A wine showing some secondary development enhancing its drinkability right now. Delicious on every level now through 2028. The recommended serving temperature is 16-18 degrees.
