Domaine Faiveley is responsible for all the work carried out in this vineyard and therefore have total control over the quality of the grapes, resulting in nothing less than exceptional wines. Especially when combined with the top 2022 vintage. A wine to hide in your temperature-controlled cellar for 5-7 years. The bouquet is full of attractive aromas of white and yellow fruits mix with light toasty and vanilla notes.

On the palate the wine lives up to all the expectations that the bouquet conjures, it has a round and full attack before the vanillery and toasty flavours reveal themselves, adding length, balance and a creamy texture. An excellent long-lasting, and finely chiselled finish with a good acid balance. Sublime and given 5 years or so in the bottle, this will simply be magical. For optimal drinking pleasure, the recommended serving temperature is 10-13 degrees.
