Smells
Beautifully generous and engaging aromas of ripe stone fruits, grapefruit, Anzac biscuit, roasted hazelnut, brioche and toasty, flinty notes.
Tastes
The generous stonefruit rich mid-palate has delicious Anzac biscuit & brioche lees characters with a seductive hint of butterscotch. A subtle fresh lime lift focuses the long, elegant finish. Superb Chardonnay with layers of complexity that will convert even the staunchest ABC proponents! You could put it in your cellar for 5-8 years and reap the rewards… you could also enjoy it now with creamy pasta, pork, seafood and poultry dishes. The recommended serving temperature is 10-13 degrees.
