Previously made as the Twenty Five Rows, this is Neudorf Chardonnay sans oak, being 100% fermented in clay Amphora. This wine is an exploration of what wine can be without oak, an exciting wine of intense mineral crystalline purity!
Smells
Alluring beeswax notes are elegantly intertwined with jasmine and pink peppercorns.
Tastes
Although offering an encyclopaedia of flavour profiles, it is the mouthfeel that demands the drinker's attention. The amphora brings an extremely tactile texture that fascinates us.
