This luscious, premium, off-dry Single Vineyard Gewurztraminer was hand-picked, off low-cropping vines. The fruit was crushed and gently pressed. It underwent a coold fermentation, tasted daily, and when the balance was just right the ferment was stopped by chilling down to zero. It was aged in tank on gross lees to build texture and richness, before being racked off and bottled.
Smells
A veritable cornucopia of aromas, including the classic lychee and Turkish delight, as well as pineapple, honeysuckle, musk and ginger.
Tastes
Silky smooth across the palate and loaded with tropical fruit, flowers and spices. A fine texture with a hint of sweetness leads into a long pleasing finish. Off-dry. Drink now and enjoy with all Asian cuisine.
