"Situated in the Touraine sub-region of the Loire Valley, Domaine Marc Bredif is a legendary producer of value wines with an amazing ability to age for decades. Crafted from Chenin Blanc, we recently enjoyed the 1988 at an Auckland restaurant and it had plenty of miles left on the clock.
Smells
A hint of honey and beeswax with juniper, lemon, peach and white flowers.
Tastes
Off dry to taste, the wine has impressive acidity, with luscious peach and pineapple flavours, with fresher notes of lemon and citrus. A wine to enjoy in its youth or over the next 25 years."
