Smells
Aromas of alpine flower, Nashi pear, white peach, nutmeg spice with subtle nutty tones.
Tastes
Deliciously tangy edges to the ripe pear/peach fruits threaded with nutmeg and cinnamon spices… the essence of quality Pinot Gris. Finely creamed texture, softy nutty elements and balanced fine acids provide a natural buoyancy to its delightful generosity. Delicious by itself, broadly food friendly too. Enjoy through 2027.
