Description
Black Cottage is the everyday alternative to Dave Clouston's Two Rivers label, the 2023 Pinot Gris crafted in a more complex style than most wines at this price point. Matured on its lees for 2 months after fermentation, the wine has a seductive texture to go with its abundant fruit.

Green Pear, red apples, yellow guava, and nutmeg.
Tastes
A charming dry style of Pinot Gris, clean, fresh apples and pears buoyed by a lightly creamy texture providing great length, finishing dry. A great food wine to pair with your favourite Asian-style BYO or just enjoy in the sunshine on its own with good company.
