A great starting point with mature vineyards and the extensive knowledge and experience of this dynamic duo Matt and James Dicey (brothers). The maturity of vines and gifted hands of both brothers truly shines in this 2022 Pinot Gris, rich, oily, and mostly dry, made in a supremely drinkable style. One sip and you will agree.

Aromas of tree ripened brown pears, ginger, jasmine, and cinnamon shortbread.
Tastes
Texture and harmony are words that spring to mind with an interesting contrast of saltiness and oiliness that enhances the tastes buds, enlivening the palate, making the perfect partner for ripe, creamy cheeses. The palate goes on forever with lingering flavours of pears, quince, and guava, finishing with a salted, lemon zest. Perfect drinking now till 2026.
