The Dress Circle refers to the prime place in the theatre, which aptly describes the prime location of the Pinot Gris vines on Misha's steep Bendigo vineyard. This off-dry, yet unctuous style of Pinot Gris is loaded with texture and refinement. All Misha's wines are outstanding, reflecting their stunning terroir plus world class viticulture & winemaking. Expect it to get better in the bottle through 2027-2029… all Misha’s wines perennially deliver exceptional quality and age worthiness.
Smells
Charming, embracing aromas of quince, cinnamon, honeysuckle, pear, and apples.
Tastes
Beautifully generous and faintly off dry, there is a seductive, nutty charm to the fresh pear, apple and quince laden mid-palate. Baking spice and luscious honeysuckle drive the concentrated, unctuous, deliciously off dry and captivating finish. Try it with Szechuan or other spicy cuisine now through 2027/9. It will age beautifully. For optimal drinking pleasure serve at 7-10 degrees.
