Smells
Aromas of tree-ripened pears, sherbet, honeysuckle with hints of brioche and beeswax, very inviting.
Tastes
Beautifully ripe with an alluring oily texture, richness, and concentration. Fruit flavours of ripe pear, yellow guava, rock melon, hints of banana are balanced by the rich texture, moderately soft acidity, and a long, warm, refreshingly dry finish with an infusion of baking spices.
