The 2023 Waitaki Vineyard Pinot Gris is bone dry, yet rich, creamy and textural, made by winemaking maestros Grant Taylor and his right-hand woman Jen Parr, this new Valli Gibbston Pinot Gris is equal parts delicious and sophistication.

Tastes
Dry, rich, creamy, textural and 100% delicious, with ripe pears, nashi pear, golden queen peaches and honeycomb nuances, this is an unctuous, irresistible Pinot Gris with real X factor especially due to an added skinzy texture, and surprisingly the grapes were whole bunch pressed. Drinking superbly now or cellar 5+ years. Serve with cheese, your favourite white meats of pasta dishes. The recommended serving temperature is 8-10 degrees.
