Exotic aromas of apple and pear, with almond, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Tastes
Dry in style, there is plenty of luscious fruit, from red apple to nashi pear to stone fruit, with spicy and nutty notes fleshing out the texture, all cleaned up by a zippy line of fresh acidity. Crisp and refreshing with a stylish texture, it’s everything we love about Pinot Gris and will be at its best with pork between now and 2026.
