Description
Famous among our premium customers for being a creamy, dry style with serious X Factor, 2023 is made from established vineyards in Bendigo and Bannockburn. Each block was harvested at optimal ripeness in April in order to achieve a wine with aromatic freshness and a rich texture. Fascinating, spicy flavours of honeysuckle, quince, nashi pear and baked apples. A spectacular Pinot Gris that has a well-established cult following at Fine Wine Delivery for very good reasons!
Smells
Aromas of warm nashi pears, white lilies, quince, with a dash of cinnamon and rose.
Tastes
A rich, creamy palate with honeysuckle, rock melon and nectarine flavours giving interesting nuances that keep you pondering and where more and more descriptives pop into your head with each sip. A dry style that has richness to balance with a cleansing, warm finish, very satisfying. Perfect drinking this summer with roast chicken and friends.
