Smells
classic orange blossom, white pepper with hints of roses lime juice and mandarin spray aromas that positively spring from the glass.
Tastes
an off-dry to medium style with loads of Germanic feel, that beautiful mineral purity backed up by the rich, ripe and aromatic fruit of the region. Honeysuckle, limes, guava and passionfruit flavours with stone sucking acidity, balancing the fruity style perfectly. A must drink this summer and enjoy with pork belly or Vietnamese cuisine between now and 2028+. The recommended serving temperature is 6-8 degrees.
