The 29-year-old, dry-grown vines produce fruit of remarkable concentration and intensity. Whole-bunch pressed and fermented in stainless steel to preserve its purity and precision, this wine showcases all the hallmarks of greatness—vibrant acidity, crystalline clarity, and stunning depth. While it’s captivating in its youth, it also promises to reward patient cellaring for 10 years or more.
