Bursting with citrus fruit and Granny Smith apple flavours, it boasts a pure fruit character and superb balance that will keep you reaching for another sip. With previous vintages winning Gold Medals, this latest release promises to continue the legacy of excellence.
Smells
Pithy lime and citrus with jasmine and freshly cut apples.
Tastes
Luscious and crisp with lots of zippy, zesty fruit, held together and energised by a vibrant acid line. A class act for a very reasonable price, at 9% ABV, it's easy on the head too. Perfect on its own or with oozy, creamy cheeses. Drinking now through 2028. For optimal drinking pleasure the recommended serving temperature is 6-8 degrees.
