Smells
The nose offers beautifully pure citrus, green apple, honey and floral aromas with a hint of mineral ‘wet rocks’.
Tastes
The fruit flavours on the palate are incredibly clean and also ripe thanks to a long, warm summer. This is top notch Riesling with wonderful acidity, complexity and finesse – not to be missed. Drinking perfectly now through 2028+ and will pair with a cheese selection, summer salads or white meats. For optimal drinking pleasure the recommended serving temperature is 6-8 degrees.
