Smells
An array of tropical and citrus notes, with a hint of minerality, freshly cut herbs, lemon peel and grapefruit.
Tastes
Lots of body and richness here, with stunning purity of fruit driving a long, focused finish. Benchmark Sauvignon from the brothers Southern Valleys vineyard, this will be at its best now to 2027. The recommended serving temperature is 6-8 degrees.
