A hint of cut grass, with gooseberry, yellow treefruits, exotic eastern spice and delicate white flowers.
Tastes
Refined and elegant, with excellent freshness, spice and structure, this is exemplary barrel-fermented Sauvignon Blanc, best matched with oysters between now and 2035.
