Sauvignon is my go-to wine. This is a fabulous wine for the money. Much better than paying over the odds for a bottle at the supermarket. Try it, it's worth it!

An amazing SB especially at this price. Much more than a 'quaffing wine'. Well worth the ratings achieved. Compares very favorably with some of the excellent SB's available. Even the unusual label is appreciated and significant when you read the history.

This particular made me curious so I originally ordered 6 bottles then another 6 and then another 6. That's kinda tells ye how much I rate it. Very good with pasta or fish, but particularly nice with a cheese platter. Nice spotting guys.

Whilst not normally a Sauvignon Blanc drinker, I was encouraged to pick this line up to serve to those who enjoy the style. Framingham has a great name, and this wine has added to my liking for the label. It has also encouraged me to review my previous attitude to Sauvignon Blanc. The minerality is not over-stressed, with good tropical fruits and it obviously has been lovingly tended over its maturation process. Great value and recommended.

I'm typically an infrequent Sav Blanc drinker, preferring the fuller bodied Chardonnays and aromatic Pint Gris' but this offering from Framingham may very well persuade me to increase my frequency! The price is amazing too. What immediately hit me was the excellent balance of this wine. The dryness, typical of many Sav Blancs, is offset with a richness (I can't think of a better word) that perhaps a little aging brings. It still has a freshness and fruitiness though but its been smoothed out. It's very drinkable. If you are keen to explore Sauvignon Blancs, this wine is a very good starting point!

We have been drinking Framingham Wines for over twenty years and have never been disappointed. We had previously purchased No Bodys Hero from Framinghams. The quality is superb and easy to drink It goes very well with most meals or to just enjoy by itself. the wine lingers in your mouth and does not disappear like some do. Well recomended.

Very surprised by this rating. A very ordinary wine at best. Perhaps this is a bad bottle, seems almost spritzig with acidic, chemical notes. However, the previous bottle was also just, ordinary.

Loved this Sav, it's got nice floral notes and is not super astringent as some Savs can be. Pleasant and palatable, drinks well on its own also. Bought 2 bottles in-store and another half case after I'd finished one of those at home!

I am always a little suspicious of "cancelled export order" so I looked up this wine before buying. Surprised to find it is a blend of five different Marlborough vineyards, all in the Wairau valley, separately fermented, so this certain raises the ante for a good wine. Overall, this is a high end Marlborough sav blanc, strong fresh fruity taste, classic citrusy overtones, nice acid balance, with a moderate finish. At this price it is a steal. I may not be so dubious of 'cancelled export order' next time!

Typical Sauvignon Blanc flavour with fruity bitterness (in a favourable sense). Also mixed senses of pear, lemon and honey etc. Drinkable still the second day with strong aroma when screwed opened. Value for money.
