The 10 wines Villa Maria are releasing come in tiny volumes – just hundreds of cases for some styles. The grapes are mostly hand-picked, and many are fermented with wild yeasts. Seaspray SV Sauvignon Blanc 2022 from the Awatere Valley speaks loud and clear of the terroir of this subregion. A benchmark wine from the Awatere Valley.
