Coriole Vineyards Wines

Still family owned and operated by the Lloyd family, Coriole has very old vineyards in the McLaren Vale dating back to 1919. Whilst champion Shiraz and Cabernet they also have moved into ‘experimental’ varieties like Sangiovese, Fiano and Piquepoul – of which they’re one of the first in Australia to plant. They have a traditional approach to winemaking that sees open-top fermentations and regular hand-plunging.
