Nautilus Estate is one of Marlborough’s finest producers, the winery's strengths being Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Methode Traditionnelle bubblies. Under Hill-Smith family ownership (long-time owners of Aussie icon Yalumba) they constructed a state-of-the-art, gravity-driven winemaking facility dedicated solely to the production of premium Pinot Noir and Methode Traditionnelle – the first of its kind in the Southern Hemisphere and as impressive as anything you'll
